“Sputnik” Yekaterinburg International Tourism Bureau was founded in 1967. The company was licensed by the Committee of Sport and Tourism of the Sverdlovskaya Region ( 0065000, dated from 05.04.2002).

“Sputnik” is the winner of the City Administration contest «Tourist’s Yekaterinburg».
All the cervices, provided by the Bureau, are certified in accordance with state standards of the Russian Federation (RUY009.M00372, 09.12.2002)
“Sputnik” is one of the most prominent tour operating companies of the Ural Federal District. It is also an agency which cooperates with the first-rate international tourist operators. More than that, it is a member of an International Air Transport Association (IATA).
The building, where the company’s office is placed, is an architectural monument of a 19 th century in itself. It is located in a historical centre of the city, near the main shopping street. At present time it is reconstructed and the interior is executed in European style.
The facade of the building is made in accordance with its initial historical sight. It’s worth mentioning that the reconstruction of this architectural monument and of the belonging territory was made on the initiative of the company and financed by Sputnik Yekaterinburg ITB.
